Dear Bob and Jeff:

This is just a note to let you know how happy we have been with the "Hibbard Experience". A few years ago you built our home. We were so well satisfied with the job that was done, that when we needed to add on to the house, there was no question about whom we wanted to do the work.

While in the planning stages, we appreciated your honesty when you let us know that some of our "bright" ideas probably wouldn't make us happy in the long run. We were not pressured, but were allowed the time we needed to make a decision.

During the construction phase, the crews were without exception friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. We worked most closely with Jim, John, Gary and Hack. These guys were great! They showed up when expected, worked hard while they were here, and did high quality work. The work area was kept tidy, and they bent over backwards to be as noninvasive as possible.

The job has been finished now, and we are so pleased with the results!
